What started as a craving soon turned into years of prospecting the land of Southern California for the perfect golden pretzel. Mark came up short and never found a satisfying pretzel so he decided to take it into his own hands and start Prospect Pretzels.

Destiny, it seems, has brought together three guys from Philadelphia with three separate backgrounds in order to provide one simple, yet delicious and mouth-watering concept to the Left Coast. It all began in 2009, with Mark's desire to create the perfect soft Pretzel. As life teaches us over and over again, it was not as simple as he had hoped. After months/years of emails, phone calls, destroying his wife's kitchen, meetings, and many more hurdles he finally got his "simple" pretzel. Along his journey, Mark recruited some old friends and fellow pretzel enthusiasts to help bring Prospect Pretzels to life. With Kevin's design and marketing skills and Justin's business development experience, a dream team was made and thus Prospect Pretzels was born.
